IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay. Shipping is included,
with no extra costs added at checkout.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Every print is made to order. Printing takes 1-3 working days, and
then your print is shipped from the print lab closest to you.
Estimated total time from order to delivery:
- UK: up to 6 working days
- EU: up to 10 working days
- US: up to 9 working days
- Norway: up to 9 working days
- Australia: up to 8 working days
- New Zealand: up to 13 working days
- Rest of the world: up to 18 working days
Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Prints are produced by professional print labs in the UK, EU, USA
and Australia. Your order is sent from the one nearest to you, so
it travels a shorter distance.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED. WHAT DO I DO?
First, please check:
- that the delivery address on your order is correct - around your home and with neighbours, if tracking says it was delivered If your print hasn't arrived within 20 working days of ordering,
email me at thestarshipworld@proton.me with your order number and
I'll send you a new one free of charge.
Please note: I can't offer a free replacement if the order was
sent to an incorrect address given at checkout.

WHAT ARE THE PRINTS MADE WITH?
Giclée fine art prints on Hahnemühle German Etching, a heavyweight
310gsm textured matt paper.
ARE THE PRINTS FRAMED?
No, all prints are sold unframed. They come in standard sizes, so
they fit ready-made frames.
WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?
A5: 21 x 14.8 cm (8.3 x 5.8")
IS THE ORIGINAL ARTWORK FOR SALE?
The original artwork is for sale on request. Contact me through the contact form.
DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS? If you want to commission me, contact me through the contact form.

MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT NOW? If your print was damaged in transit, send me an email with a photo
of the damage and I'll ship you a new one free of charge. This does
not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty.
CAN I RETURN A PRINT? Yes. You have 14 days from the day you receive your print to change
your mind (right of withdrawal under Norwegian law).
How to return:
1. Within 14 days of receiving your print, email me at thestarshipworld@proton.me with your order number and that you wish to return it. You can also use the standard withdrawal form from Forbrukertilsynet (the Norwegian Consumer Authority): forbrukertilsynet.no
2. I'll send you the return address. Send the print back within 14 days of letting me know.
3. Once I've received the print, I'll refund the full price, including the original shipping, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used.
Please note:
- You pay the cost of sending the print back.
- Pack the print flat and protected. If it arrives damaged because of handling or poor packaging, the refund may be reduced to cover the loss in value.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY PRINT?
Keep it away from damp and wet. It is good in sunlight. The prints
are gallery, fine art quality, made to last.
